Most orders will be filled and shipped out same day as purchased! We take the utmost care in handling your ordered items. Carefully inspecting each product before it ships, is priority to us. Most of our merchandise is shipped to you via the United States Postal Service. You can select your method of shipment upon checkout including: Express Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Post Mail, and First Class Mail. Our shipping costs are based upon real time shipping rates from the USPS.

We want our customers to be happy, which is why we provide a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us by e-mail, and we will promptly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For any reason, if the item was shipped out damaged and the shipping carrier is not responsible for the damage, we will send out a replacement item immediately at no extra charge to you.
Refunds are made in the same form as your payment and will be issued within 3 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. If your payment was made by cashiers check or money order, your refund will be mailed to you via check. You may elect to receive credit instead of a refund.
Some of our products are offered as a Pre-Order. These are new items that have not yet been released by the manufacturer. By placing a pre-order, you not only receive the item ahead of everyone else, but you are guaranteed to receive the item in case of a sellout. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for manufacturer shipping delays. The arrival dates specified are those given to us by the manufacturer. Those release dates could change. If you have purchased a pre-order item and there is a change in shipping schedule, you will be notified by email. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before your item ships, there is a 5% re-stocking fee.

I am a collector and wish to purchase an item, can you guarantee that the factory packaging will be in mint condition when it arrives?
No. We inspect every item before it ships. We then package every order very carefully to ensure a safe arrival. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that factory boxes, clamshells, etc are in mint condition. Most of our merchandise is made in China, which is then shipped by boat to a warehouse in California, which is then shipped to our warehouse. We can only hope that the packaging we receive from the manufacturer is in absolute perfect condition as we simply transfer the items from one box to another.
I'm a retailer, can I open a wholesale account?

If I purchase a Pre-Order item, will my credit card be charged right away?
No. Your order will not be charged to your credit card until the merchandise has arrived and your order has been shipped to you.
